Melissa W., CDA
Melissa has been with the office of Dr. Dreher for over six years as a dental assistant. Her passion for dentistry is very obvious, and shows in the way she helps to educate our patients. Melissa is also a teacher for our dental assisting school, and her students praise her highly. Melissa’s main concern for her patients is their comfort, and it is apparent in her chair-side manner and gentle ministrations to the patient. When away from the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her baby daughter and husband. Her hobbies are hiking, biking, and spending as much time at the beach as possible!

Holly G., RDH
Holly has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over twenty years, and has been with Dr. Dreher since 1999. She has a firm commitment to the highest standard of care for her patients. Holly attends numerous continuing education courses in order to stay on the cutting edge of her profession. Holly’s gentle manner and caring nature help to ease patient’s fears, and allows them to actually enjoy coming to the dental office! In her spare time, Holly enjoys golfing, snowmobiling, motorcycling and spending time with her young niece.

Melissa B., Financial Coordinator
Melissa has been working in the medical/dental field for over fifteen years, and has been with Dr. Dreher for almost three. Her pleasant manner and customer service oriented nature allow her to successfully help our patients with financial options so they may receive the treatment they need. Melissa is in charge of insurance submissions for our patients. Melissa goes above and beyond for our patients every day. On her days off, Melissa enjoys golfing, motorcycling, interior decorating, shopping and travel with her two children to visit family members in the southern US.

Karen O., RDH
Karen has been in the dental field for almost twenty years. Besides her R.D.H. degree, Karen has a BA in Psychology from Russell Sage College. Karen has been working full-time with Dr. Dreher since 2002, and prior to that as a fill-in hygienist when needed. Karen is the director of, and a teacher for Adirondack Dental Assisting School, Inc., held in our office. Karen was instrumental in the set-up of the school and the successful application to New York State Bureau of Proprietary Schools to be a registered trade school. Karen’s patients are impressed with her wide range of knowledge and her ability to successfully educate them about their dental health. Karen attends frequent continuing education courses to keep up with the latest in dentistry. In her spare time, Karen enjoys travel, line dancing, camping and spending time at home with her husband and two children.

Casey H., Scheduling Coordinator
Casey has been working at the front desk for Dr. Dreher since 2002. Casey’s friendly and welcoming manner is much appreciated by our patients. Casey is the “computer whiz” of our group, and gladly handles any computer-related tasks the team hands her. She is very knowledgeable about our patient family, and is a great help to Melissa with the insurance submissions and follow-up. In her spare time, Casey enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, shopping in New York City, and playing with her little girl.

Crystal W., Dental Assistant
Crystal is a former student of our dental assisting school, who was already in the field when she took the course. Crystal has been with Dr. Dreher since 2008. She is a dedicated team member, who is always interested in learning more about the field of dentistry, constantly studying our vast library of educational materials on her own time. Crystal has a very gentle and caring chair-side manner and is always calm and capable. In her spare time Crystal enjoys boating, ice skating, cooking, eating out, and spending time with her two children.

Laurie Bernard, Office Manager
Laurie has been working with Dr. Dreher since 2001, and has been in the management field since 1989. Laurie is extremely dedicated to assisting Dr. Dreher and her team-mates in obtaining their goals, including providing the ultimate in customer service to our patients. Laurie has enjoyed expanding her clinical knowledge of dentistry, and enjoys working on marketing for the practice. Laurie is also an agent with our dental assisting school, and works with the director on marketing for the school. In her spare time, Laurie enjoys golfing, travel, reading, doing home improvement projects and spending time with her two children.
